 These sentences are merely translated as following: 

 

Basically, the pages are already translate into English. Except some of the photos was written in Vietnamese, but you might be able to tell what  were written. Couple of the photos, the performers were taken with their trainer, and the other photo the dancers themselves in the photo, one of the photo was that the girls [performers] were dancing while playing  the kettle drums [ the timpani ] . There was one of the page was well translate from Vietnamese language into English language. The page that read in English was exactly what was written in Vietnamese . I am talking about the page that tell the story of the scenario of the performers were performed to entertain the US troop in Vietnam 1966-1967. 

 

  "Tổng Cục Chiến Tranh Chính Trị"    means " The Federation of Political War Group."
 
  " Biệt Đoàn Văn Nghệ Trung Ương"  means  " Special Group of the Central Entertainment."
 
  " Chương Trình Văn Nghệ"   means " Entertainment Program."
